1. The Service
Free guides and community features for The Battle Cats; third-party ads (Google AdSense) are displayed. Game info may become outdated; accuracy not guaranteed.
2. Changes to These Terms
Material changes announced 7 days before effect (30 days if unfavorable). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. Accounts
Age 14+. You are responsible for accurate details and credential security. No transfer or sharing. Delete anytime; data handled per Privacy Policy.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of posts (comments, votes, contributions). You grant us a free, non-exclusive license to use, display, edit, translate, and back up your content to operate, improve, and promote the Site. No infringing content; you are solely responsible. We may remove content upon infringement notice or Terms violation.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonation or false registration
- Interference incl. bulk scraping / automated crawling that burdens servers
- Fraudulent ad clicks or encouraging ad clicks
- Infringing, defamatory, or harassing content
- Obscene material, hate speech, spam, illegal content
- Unauthorized commercial use of the Site or its data
6. Intellectual Property
Original content (written guides, original icons and charts, data curation, design) belongs to the operator; partial quotation with attribution permitted, wholesale reproduction not. The Battle Cats and related materials are property of PONOS Corp.; this is an unofficial fan site.
7. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for violations, with prior notice (or without, in serious/urgent cases). Appeal via nomoory@gmail.com.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Provided "as is," free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability except willful misconduct or gross negligence. No responsibility for user/third-party disputes or external links.
9. Governing Law
Laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes to the competent court under applicable procedural law. Effective: August 9, 2026
